Caroline’s 20 year career within the film industry has evolved from running her first production company with acclaimed music video director Dawn Shadforth to her most recent role as Head of Creative at Screen Yorkshire. Along this journey she has spent time as Talent Development Executive for Scottish Film Talent Network, Head of Film at Creative England, Head of Creative Development at Warp X, managed the UK Film Council’s nationwide short film programme through her company Lifesize Pictures and spent a year as Director of the Sheffield International Documentary Festival.
At Screen Yorkshire Caroline is a member of the senior management team where she is responsible for the company’s talent development programmes and managing the Yorkshire Content Fund. Caroline is the first port of call for producers wanting to access the fund, she negotiates the terms of the funding deals and has creative oversight of the projects Screen Yorkshire invests in. She also oversees the work of the Film Office team.
Caroline has particular expertise in identifying and cultivating new and evolving voices and is passionate about championing talent based outside of London.

Belinda Bonan has a degree in Economics and Audiovisual Communication, and a diploma in Advanced Character Animation Studies from the Animation Mentor School. Since 2011, she has worked as a 3D animator in various TV series, such as “Desafío Champions Sendokai” (season 1 and 2), and she has also taught 3D animation in two schools in Barcelona. In 2015, she joins Most Wanted Studio, where she does writing, directing, and producing tasks.
Her first animated short film, “Back in Fashion” (8′, 2017), has won 3 awards and 19 selections in international film festivals, among which the following stand out: Festival de Cine de Málaga, el Monstra – Lisbon Animated Film Festival and Shorts México. Her second animated short film, “Me, a Monster?” (6′, 2019), has premiered in March 2020 and has already won 3 awards and achieved more than 70 selections in international film festivals, among which the following stand out: Mecal PRO, Dokufest, Sarajevo Film Festival, Imaginaria, Shorts México, Zlín Film Festival, Sapporo International Short Film Festival, FILMETS Badalona, Chicago International Children’s Film Festival and Baixada Animada.
She is currently working on her third short film “Codi Ictus”, an experimental animated documentary has also started writing her first feature film script, and is developing her first animated TV series.

Before Dylan was a year old, she had married Steve and moved to Copenhagen where she now lives.
